The best way to lose weight is to eat less calories and exercise regularly. Calories are energy that your body gets from food. Eating more calories causes weight gain. Try to reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories per day. The goal of weight loss is a small and steady weight loss. Losing even a small amount of weight can reduce the risk of diseases.
