The need for the correct dialogue process and professional behavior when tied to the fulfillment of personal and group obligations in the form of project and organizational activities, can be widespread and have a significant impact on the profit and loss of the beneficiaries. Again, when organizational behavior and dialogue between people with different cultures, worldviews, literacy levels, social class, goals and hopes, ambitions, individual behavior skills, emotional intelligence, etc., are involved, much more complexity is seen.
